1. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time:

Estimated delivery time depends on the location and selected shipping method:

  1. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  2. Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We currently ship to all major cities and regions within the country. International shipping will be added soon.

Pappakart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate before placing an order.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos or tracking details).
